Btw, I'm still on a search for nice zebra printed items, I would really like a blazer featuring this print, simple, structured, in am strong fabric, you know, something Emmanuelle Alt would wear:)) Any tips?

Take ya tights off

I really, really, really don't want to because I'm definitely not the biggest fan of tights, but I think this might well be the last time I'll be flaunting my bare legs this year. It's just time, you know, to leave the summer nostalgia behind and embrace the...cold...foggy...windy weather..see, it even hurts me to say it!!  Plus, my boyfriend gave me the look when he saw what I was planning to wear that day:)) Whyyyy does the cold weather have to last sooo long, whyyyy!!!!
Can I please just move to Hawaii for the winter season and then come back like nothing happened?!


RO: Fetelor, trebuie sa va marturisesc ca nu sunt un fan al dresurilor. 200, 10, 50 DEN, cat or avea..Pe langa faptul ca imi place sa imi simt picioarele libere, nu mi se pare ca ar face prea multe favoruri unei tinute, ba din contra..Cu toate acestea- si cu mare parere de rau- cred ca a fost pt ultima data pe anul acesta cand am iesit in picioarele goale, gata, e timpul sa las nostalgia verii in urma, se apropie totusi luna decembrie cu tot pachetul: frig, ceata, vant taios...si ermm..globuri, betele, luminite.. Asadar, oricat de antipatici mi-ar fi, sunt o necesitate iar eu nu sunt omul extremelor. 
Ah, si nu mai trebuie sa va spun ce privire mi-a aruncat the boyfriend cand a vazut cum am de gand sa ies din casa:)) dar nu mai zice de mult nimic, ma lasa sa imi fac nebuniile.

This beautiful brocade blazer is one of my newest addition to my ever growing wardrobe, what do you think of it?

Like many others of you, I think my heart skipped a beat when I first saw the f/w 2012 Dolce&Gabbana collection, a sumptuous feast of baroque inspiration featuring that magical black velvet, embroidery, lavish adornment, jacquard and decadent brocade fabrics! So much perfection!!! Needless to say, when I laid my eyes on this blazer, I felt like we belong together:))

I decided to pair it with a breton sweater and jeans for a daytime look and kept the accessories simple, adorning my wrists only!

I'll go make myself a nice, large cup of green&peppermint tea, my daily energy booster+ a dear friend coming over, a winning combination that will definitely lift my mood!

Blue Monday

Good morning, lovelies, how was your weekend?

We woke up yesterday and decided to do something fun and special, hehe. The weather was just too lovely to stay inside the house. So we decided to go to Bremenhaven, one of our favorite places to go when we suddenly want to break the routine and leave the city. It's also only one hour away from where we stay, so it's not a tiring road either. Needless to say we had such a blast, walking through the seaport, admiring the people as well as the beautiful boats and yachts, visiting some shops and restaurants..

Of course I couldn't forget you guys either so we also took some photos of my outfit and the surroundings; I'll post them here as soon as I have the time to select them! Have a great week ahead, don't let the Mondays get you down !!!Bye bye!!


RO: Buna ziua, dragii mei, cum v-ati pertecut weekendul? Noi am fost intr-o scurta escapada ieri la Marea Nordului, Bremenhaven mai precis, un port la doar o ora de mers cu masina si unul dintre locurile noastre preferate pt o evadare rapida din oras, in ideea de a rupe putin ritmul cotidian. Vremea a tinut cu noi, a fost soare, placut; ne-am plimbat, am admirat multitudinea de barci si iahturi acostate pe timp de iarna in port, am mancat ceva bun dar nu v-am uitat nici pe voi si am facut bineinteles, cateva poze tinutei si imprejurimilor.. O sa vi le arat cat de curand, sper sa am timp sa le selectez.

Va pup, o saptamana splendida va doresc!

I DID IT!!!

My hairdresser was cutting me side bangs, when my eyes laid on a pic in some german magazine, with Rachel Zoe sporting her similar new hairdo! Oh boy, her luscious locks, fringe, color and the overall polished presence gave her such a fresh glow! It was exactly what I was looking for! Needless to say I've turned 180 degree and stopped her right away "no ,no no, we're making straight bangs" , the poor girl was so confused , I think she was anxious to get rid of me after 4 hours:))

I'm thrilled with the result!! what do u think?

To where the water was

So this is me in my nerd glasses:)) I don't actually wear them quite often, 'cause I prefer the comfort on the contact lenses, but I do need to give my eyes a rest from time to time. This is why I upgraded to a tortoise Wayfarer frame at the beginning of the year, to make a stylisher transition:)

Oh and I reaaally need your advice, I'm going to the hairdresser tomorrow and I don't know what to do!!! I want to go back to bangs, but..arghhhh, I'm not sure.. I've had bangs for 22 years, and I've only given up on them in the last 3, but I don't know, I kind of miss it now...What do you say?!?! To bang or not to bang? Side bangs or straight?!Help?!?

RO: Fetelor, am nevoie de sfatul vostru!! Nu a ars nimic, sunt insa tare nehotarata:)) Dupa 3 ani in care am renuntat complet la breton, mi s-a facut un dor subit. Mai nerabdatoare sunt de o schimbare, insa cum nu am de gand sa-mi schimb culoarea sau lungimea, bretonul e mai la indemana.. E timpul sa va spun deci neinsemnata istorie a parului meu.

Totul a inceput de copil cu disperarea mamei mele de a-mi taia parul chiar deasupra umerilor cu breton drept.. you know..Betty style.:)). Apoi, cum varsta  a venit la pachet cu puterea de a lua decizii, in liceu l-am lasat sa creasca..Dar l-am si decolorat...Concluzia? nu a trecut niciodata cu mai mult de 2 palme de umar..Buuuun, apoi am intrat la facultate si am inceput sa il vopsesc la coafor, fara decolorant..A rezultat un par vesel si sanatos, numai bun de rasfatat. De atunci tot creste si dupa ani de frustrari si vise de Rapunzel, in sfarsit am ajuns la lungimea pe care o vedeti in ultima poza de azi!

Acum as vrea din nou breton, insa sunt ingrozita de orice schimbare care presupune taierea a mai mult de cei 3-4 cm necesari din lungime.. Voi ce ziceti, sa trec la fapte, sa merg pe drept sau putin mai lung si asimetric?! da, stiu..probleme, probleme:)
