Let's face it, most of us don't have unlimited clothing budgets and wardrobe items, so keeping things fresh and fun by learning to work your closet by remixing is pretty much a necessity. Take this skirt for example, one of my favorite pieces of clothing right now and also the item that inspired me to start this new series of posts. The animal print -like it or not,now a classic in fashion- is a playful option and it really seems to allow endless style possibilities!

Good morning, friends! I'm really sorry for my absence, it's been a looong week for me, running back and forth to the hospital from Bistrita, my hometown, to Cluj. I have a few medical problems that need to be taking care of-nothing major but still taking up time- so my 5 a.m traveling jeans/sneakers/makeup free uniform is anything but picture worthy. :)
Sooo, I'll leave you with these photos now, taken more than a week ago by my friend Cassy (it's only now that I had time to select and edit them for you) and I will take a few more days to gather my strength and recover some of the lost sleep and then I'll come back as usual. Thanks for understanding! Missed you!!

Fabulous Furs for Glamorous Girls

Even though I'm not quite ready yet to ditch the flowy summer dresses for coats and warm sweaters, it's time to leave the summer nostalgia behind and get ready to dress for cooler temperatures. To make the transition easier, I went throuh all my inspiration folders today and found these beautiful pics featuring some amazing (hopefully faux) fur fashion. This is definitely one of those garments that makes me long for the fall weather!

I'm sure you all agree with me that the fall fashion comes like a breath of fresh air following a summer oversaturated with mint green, which I thoroughly started to dislike! Not the color itself, but all the frenzy surrounding it. I mean, really, I only bought a single piece of clothing in this delicate hue, but I shortly started to feel overwhelmed and completely bored by the abundance of items showing up in stores. So, maroon, burgundy and camel, a very warm welcome back!

Good morning, my fellow readers! How was your weekend, did you do anything nice?
My first week in Romania was delightful, met with good old friends, visited some of my favorite places, among them the Dracula Castel in Pasul Tihuta aaaand I've attended some tae bo classes, which I hope to continue in Germany too, cause it's a pretty fun and challenging workout. Hope to finally kick away the extra kilos:D
